Our goal is to provide optimal wellness services at prices that are affordable.
Listed here are package options for single use, bundles & memberships.
Please note that each session consists of a 2hr window and we recommend 2-3 cycles per session. A cycle consists of 15min sauna, rinse, 1-5min cold plunge, recover 10-15min to allow body temp to rise naturally. Repeat as time allows.

Individual sessions are priced at $45 each. These packages drop the cost per session for premium savings.
Sessions have applicable expiration dates in each description.
