A few simple guidelines keep the experience clean, quiet, and powerful for everyone.
Retreat Etiquette
How we keep the room sacred.

Privacy is Priority
We encourage social wellness, but the retreat can be used as private space too. Be mindful of others. We encourage phones off, for privacy and peace.

Communication is Key
If you're uncomfortable, speak up calmly. Need help? Let our staff know — we're here.

Personal Space
Some areas are intimate. Whenever possible, give everyone a reasonable amount of personal space.

Appropriate Attire
Bathing suit appropriate for a group setting. Towel/wrap or robe outside the sauna and plunge. No personal undergarments in therapy areas — they aren't sterilized.

Preparedness
Bring your own towel, robe, sandals, and water bottle. No glass water bottles. Forgot something? Towels and sandals available for $2 each.

Alcohol & Substance Use
Zero-tolerance policy. Substances impair judgment and health. Please refrain before and during your visit.

Cleanliness
Shower before sauna or plunge to remove lotions, fragrances, makeup. Wipe down benches with your towel after use.

Hydration
Drink water before, during, and after. Fill station and hot tea provided. No glass containers.

Hygiene
We provide each guest a Turkish hand towel to sit on in the sauna to keep natural skin oils off the benches.

Showers
This is a communal space, not your personal shower. Manage time respectfully. Please don't clear sinuses in the shower. Dry off thoroughly before entering the sauna.

Cycle Awareness
Pay attention to your body. This is non-competitive — improper use carries real risk. Respect your booking time so everyone gets a turn.

Personal & Political Views
An inclusive, judgement-free zone. We discourage open discussion of political and personal views inside the facility.

Cycle as time allows. Every two-hour window is unique.
