Privacy Policy
Last updated May 20, 2026. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and protection of your information when You use Rejuuv-n’s website, booking platform, and facility (the “Service”), and explains your privacy rights and how the law protects You.
We use your Personal Data solely to provide, operate, and improve the Service. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information strictly in accordance with this Privacy Policy and our Terms & Conditions.
Age Requirements
By using this website, You represent that You are at least 18 years of age. We do not target our services to minors and do not intentionally collect data from anyone under 18 online. Minors using the facility must be accompanied by a legal guardian under the terms of our Terms & Conditions.
Email Communications
We primarily communicate with members and guests by email. By providing your email address, You consent to receive transactional emails (booking confirmations, membership notices, schedule changes) and, if You opt in, periodic marketing emails about specials, events, and updates. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any such email. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional emails required to deliver the Service You requested.
SMS & Mobile Data Disclosure
We do not send marketing SMS messages. The Gymflow booking platform may send transactional SMS (such as booking reminders) if You have provided your mobile number and enabled SMS notifications within your Gymflow account. You may opt out of those notifications in Gymflow at any time.
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors that support our operations (such as the booking platform itself) is permitted. Text messaging opt-in data, consent records, and mobile identifiers are never shared with any third parties for marketing.
