Terms & Conditions
Effective May 20, 2026. These terms govern your use of the Rejuuv-n facility, website, and services. By booking or visiting, you agree to them.
These Terms & Conditions describe our policies and procedures governing your use of the Rejuuv-n facility, website, and services, and explain your rights and responsibilities when accessing or using them. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Age Requirements
By using this website and our facility, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. Minors may only access our sauna and cold plunge facilities under the direct supervision and written consent of a legal guardian. We do not target our services to minors and do not intentionally collect data from anyone under 18 online.
1. Introduction
Urban Glow LLP, doing business as “Rejuuv-n” (“We,” “Us,” “Our,” “Company”), operates a contrast therapy retreat at 1155 W. 4th Street, Suite #211, Reno, NV 89503. We provide sauna, cold plunge, and lounge facilities and related services (collectively, the “Services”) to members and guests (“You” or “Your”) in accordance with these Terms.
The Company is organized under the laws of the State of Nevada and operates under applicable governing law.
2. Definitions
- Agreementmeans these Terms & Conditions, together with any membership agreement, booking confirmation, or waiver You sign.
- Facility means the Rejuuv-n studio located at 1155 W. 4th Street, Suite #211, Reno, NV 89503, including the sauna, cold plunge, lounge, and adjacent spaces.
- Services means access to the Facility, booking and membership services, and any related programming offered by the Company.
- Session means a two-hour booked window of Facility access.
- Booking Platform means Gymflow, the third-party booking and membership system used to reserve sessions, manage memberships, and process payments.
3. Use of Facilities — Health & Safety
Use of our sauna and cold plunge facilities is at your own risk. Hot and cold therapy carry inherent physical risks. Before using the Facility, You should consult a licensed healthcare professional, particularly if You have, or may have:
- Cardiovascular conditions, high or low blood pressure, or a history of heart attack or stroke;
- Respiratory conditions including asthma;
- Pregnancy, recent surgery, or any acute injury;
- Diabetes, epilepsy, or any condition affected by extreme heat or cold;
- Open wounds, infections, or contagious skin conditions.
Recommended time limits. We recommend sauna sessions of 8 to 20 minutes and cold plunge immersions of 30 seconds to 6 minutes, adjusted to your personal tolerance and experience level. The Company bears no responsibility for adverse effects resulting from exceeding these ranges or ignoring your body’s warning signals.
Liability waiver. By using the Facility, You acknowledge the inherent risks of heat and cold exposure and waive any and all claims against the Company, its owners, employees, and contractors for injuries, complications, or losses arising from your use of the sauna, cold plunge, or any other area of the Facility, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
4. Facility Rules & Conduct
- Shower before entry. Remove lotions, oils, and fragrances. Dry thoroughly before entering the sauna.
- Attire. Appropriate swimwear or athletic attire is required at all times. Nudity is not permitted in any communal areas of the Facility.
- Towel use. Use a personal or Company-provided towel to sit or lie on when using the sauna. Direct skin contact with sauna benches is not permitted.
- No impairing substances. The use of alcohol, drugs, or any other substances that may impair judgment or pose additional health risks is strictly prohibited on Company premises. Members or guests who appear impaired may be denied access without refund.
- Respectful conduct. Rejuuv-n is a quiet, inclusive, judgment-free space. We discourage open discussion of political or personal views and ask that all guests be considerate of others. Disruptive, abusive, or harassing behavior may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
- Equipment care. Report any equipment malfunction, water-quality concern, or facility issue to staff promptly. Follow all posted signage and staff instructions.
- Facility maintenance. The Company may temporarily close all or part of the Facility for maintenance, water treatment, or unforeseen circumstances. We will provide advance notice when possible.
5. Personal Belongings
The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please leave valuables at home or use any storage provided at your own risk.
6. Bookings, Fees, Payments & Refunds
Bookings. All sessions are reserved through the Gymflow Booking Platform, either via our website or directly through Gymflow. A confirmed booking constitutes a reservation of a two-hour Facility window.
Fees. You agree to pay all fees as displayed on our website or in the Booking Platform at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all fees are non-refundable.
Third-party processing. Payments are processed by Gymflow and its payment partners. The Company is not responsible for fees, delays, or errors attributable to third-party payment processors or carriers. Carriers are not responsible for messages.
Refunds.Refunds, if any, are granted solely at the Company’s discretion and only in cases where the Company has materially failed to provide Services as explicitly described in your booking, membership, or other agreement.
7. Memberships, Cancellation & Termination
Memberships. Memberships renew on a recurring monthly basis unless cancelled. You may cancel your membership at any time in accordance with our cancellation policy, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the then-current billing period. Unused sessions do not carry over and are not refundable upon cancellation.
No-shows and late cancellation. Sessions cancelled within the no-show window posted in the Booking Platform may be forfeited. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future booking privileges.
Termination by the Company. The Company may suspend or terminate access to the Facility or the Services immediately upon written notice if You materially breach these Terms, including but not limited to: non-payment of fees, unsafe conduct, harassment of staff or other guests, or violation of the Facility Rules in Section 4.
8. Liability & Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability under this Agreement shall be limited to the fees paid by You to the Company in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Company shall not be liable for:
- Actions, inactions, outages, or policy changes by Gymflow or any other third-party platform or service provider;
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities;
- Personal injury or aggravation of pre-existing medical conditions resulting from your voluntary use of heat or cold therapy at the Facility;
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings on the premises.
You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the Services, your conduct at the Facility, or your breach of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Washoe County, Nevada.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. This Agreement, together with any applicable membership agreement, waiver, or booking confirmation, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
10. Website Terms of Service
Website usage.The website located at rejuuvn.com (the “Site”) is owned and operated by the Company. By accessing or using the Site, You agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific services.
Changes to terms. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Intellectual property. All content, photography, branding, trademarks, and other intellectual property on the Site are owned by or licensed to the Company and are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. By submitting content to the Company (including reviews, photos, or messages via the Site, email, social media, or other channels), You represent that You have the right to do so and grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content for business purposes, including marketing.
Disclaimers.The Site and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. Links to third-party sites (including Gymflow) do not constitute endorsement, and the Company is not responsible for third-party content or services.
11. Communications
We primarily communicate with members and guests by email. By providing your email address, You consent to receive transactional emails (booking confirmations, membership notices, schedule changes) and, if You opt in, periodic marketing emails about specials, events, and updates. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any such email.
The Booking Platform (Gymflow) may also send transactional SMS messages (such as booking reminders) if You have provided your mobile number and enabled SMS notifications in your Gymflow account. We do not send marketing SMS.
